 The School and Role  

We are looking for a experienced L3 Early Years Practitioner who is knowledge special Educational Needs (SEN), with a specific aim to develop Speech and Language development, non -verbal communication and social skills.

You will be working towards the Early Years Foundation Stage to observe, play and adapt activities and the environment to support development.

Working pattern for Early Years Practitioners are Monday – Friday 8:30-3:30 Term Time only.

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Early Years Foundation Stage role you will require;

  • The school strive to create a balanced, sensory and learning approach that I appropriately challenging and rewarding.
  • Deliver adaptive and high-quality sessions within
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn about the sensory needs or Special Educational awareness, triggers and strategies to support.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas.
  • Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
