GXP TRAINING MANAGER
BASED: POLAR SPEED DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, SITE 2, CHARTMOOR ROAD, LEIGHTON BUZZARD, LU7 4WG
HOURS : 08:00 - 17:00 - MONDAY - FRIDAY - 40 HOURS PER WEEK
SALARY: £60,000.00 PER ANNUM
Polar Speed has a reputation for quality, compliance, operational and customer facing technology and monitoring solutions in the growing temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical logistics market in the UK. The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business. We are now looking for a GXP Training Manager, to support our busy QA Department, based at the Leighton Buzzard HUB or our Birmingham HUB.
You will be required to develop and execute the GXP Training Strategy, working with stakeholders to identify training needs and create and deliver high quality, innovative, and timely content to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance and address gaps appropriately.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years GXP training experience.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute GXP training strategy, working with stakeholders to identify training needs, create and deliver high quality, innovative and timely content to improve effectiveness, efficiency, compliance and address any gaps where appropriate.
Manage lifecycle training including new employees, general, role specific, OJT and refresher training, also training existing employees to deliver training.
Review existing training content and update to improve training effectiveness, using the latest available technology and format.
Review and approve training SOPs and presentations.
Provide guidance and information to the leadership team on recommended training programmes, and managing projects and training initiatives to effectively implement business objectives in driving quality and compliance.
Key Skills/Experience/Requirements:
Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to show initiative and be proactive, working well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Ability to build effective working relationships with other members of the QA teams, internal customers, and clients, along with the various departments across the whole Polar Speed Network.
Good understanding of the Quality standards required and able to promote a positive Quality culture within the company.
Minimum 5 years GXP training experience.
Prior experience leading a training team, plus prior Learning Management System responsibilities.
