Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Personal Injury Solicitor, or Legal Executive looking for your next career move? Our client, a well-established and expanding law firm, is seeking a dedicated and ambitious fee earner to join its growing Litigation Team in Bedfordshire.
The Role:
Due to the continued growth of our client’s Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury department, this firm is seeking a proactive Solicitor or Legal Executive to:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims from inception to settlement, including complex matters valued at £100k+
- Conduct effective risk assessments for new enquiries
- Provide exceptional client care with empathy and professionalism
- Instruct and collaborate with Counsel and medical experts to support case progression
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Utilise strong legal skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Engage in business development, marketing and networking activities to contribute to the firm’s growth
Skills & Experience:?? Grade B Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification with 4+ years PQE?? Proven experience managing a complex caseload, including high-value claims?? Strong risk assessment skills for new client enquiries?? Excellent communication, interpersonal and client care skills?? The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team?? Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
