* Preparing essential reports and presentations for meetings.
* Handling confidential documents and maintaining discretion at all times.
* Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth communication.
* Assisting with special projects as needed.
* Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
* Making travel arrangements
