As Senior Tax Manager, you’ll work closely with the Tax Partner to deliver strategic tax services, focusing on advisory work for the firm’s OMB client base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert tax advice on succession planning, sales, restructuring, and corporate tax
• Managing client projects involving IHT, CGT, employee incentivisation, and residency matters
• Handling HMRC enquiries and liaising with lawyers and other third parties
• Supporting the wider tax team with compliance reviews and planning meetings
• Monitoring WIP and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Collaborating with partners across the business to contribute to the firm’s growth and success

• CTA qualified, with significant experience in both tax advisory and compliance
• Strong technical skills paired with a commercial approach
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset, focused on client success and team development

• £70,000 to £90,000 per annum
