Role Responsibilities

As Senior Tax Manager, you’ll work closely with the Tax Partner to deliver strategic tax services, focusing on advisory work for the firm’s OMB client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert tax advice on succession planning, sales, restructuring, and corporate tax
  • Managing client projects involving IHT, CGT, employee incentivisation, and residency matters
  • Handling HMRC enquiries and liaising with lawyers and other third parties
  • Supporting the wider tax team with compliance reviews and planning meetings
  • Monitoring WIP and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborating with partners across the business to contribute to the firm’s growth and success
