Role ResponsibilitiesAs Tax Manager, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality tax advisory services and managing a portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Tax Partner with advisory services for the firm’s OMB client base
- Delivering tax advice on areas such as succession planning, restructuring, and corporate tax
- Managing assignments involving HMRC enquiries, IHT, CGT, and employee incentivisation schemes
- Liaising with HMRC, lawyers, and other third parties to resolve tax queries
- Supporting the wider tax team, including compliance reviews and collaboration with Audit colleagues
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Managing deadlines and multiple projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Candidate Requirements- Fully CTA qualified preferred, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in private client tax within practice
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Strong technical knowledge of personal and business tax legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff is advantageous
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
