We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for precision and exceptional organizational skills. In this role, you will play a key part in providing comprehensive support throughout the entire order process.

Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: £26,000-£28,000

Location: Lightwater

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, fully office-based

We are looking for:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* High level of organization and ability to work to deadlines

* Confident IT user

* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

The role will involve:

* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email regarding stock availability, order status, returns, etc.

* Maintaining accurate customer databases

* Performing any ad-hoc tasks to support the team as required

* Overseeing all aspects of the order process

* Coordinating with the Finance team to address invoice and payment issues

* Preparing shipping documents and ensuring timely delivery schedules
