30,000 to 35,000 per year DOE (+ Bonus Scheme)
12-Month Contract
Lincoln, Office-based
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm + 15 Saturdays per year 10am - 3pm
Harper Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Branch Manager to join a leading student lettings company in Lincoln.
What will the role involve?
- Leading a team of Lettings Consultants & Asset Managers
- Recruiting & training new starters
- Conducting staff reviews, 1-2-1s and annual appraisals
- Introducing and educating new legislation requirements & HMO licencing to Landlords
- Managing lettings administration & utility management processes
- Handling & resolving complaints
- Managing in-tenancy legal notices when needed
- Proactively networking to convert new landlord/investor leads
- Producing & auditing KPI, performance and Profit & Loss reports
- Working closely with the Operations Manager & central teams to report on branch performance
- Responsible for company car maintenance
Who are we looking for?
* Experience in Lettings & Management are essential
* A highly organised individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Driving Licence & own vehicle (preferred)
