What will the role involve?

Leading a team of Lettings Consultants & Asset Managers
Recruiting & training new starters
Conducting staff reviews, 1-2-1s and annual appraisals
Introducing and educating new legislation requirements & HMO licencing to Landlords
Managing lettings administration & utility management processes
Handling & resolving complaints
Managing in-tenancy legal notices when needed
Proactively networking to convert new landlord/investor leads
Producing & auditing KPI, performance and Profit & Loss reports
Working closely with the Operations Manager & central teams to report on branch performance
Responsible for company car maintenance

Who are we looking for?

* Experience in Lettings & Management are essential
* A highly organised individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Driving Licence & own vehicle (preferred)
