Harper Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Branch Manager to join a leading student lettings company in Lincoln.

What will the role involve?

  • Leading a team of Lettings Consultants & Asset Managers
  • Recruiting & training new starters
  • Conducting staff reviews, 1-2-1s and annual appraisals
  • Introducing and educating new legislation requirements & HMO licencing to Landlords
  • Managing lettings administration & utility management processes
  • Handling & resolving complaints
  • Managing in-tenancy legal notices when needed
  • Proactively networking to convert new landlord/investor leads
  • Producing & auditing KPI, performance and Profit & Loss reports
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager & central teams to report on branch performance
  • Responsible for company car maintenance


Who are we looking for?

* Experience in Lettings & Management are essential
* A highly organised individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Driving Licence & own vehicle (preferred)
