Role: Construction Project Manager
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire (hybrid, 3 days onsite)Salary: Up to £55,000 (DoE)

The Role:
In this role, you will manage key construction projects, coordinating with contractors, architects, and site managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include developing project plans, assessing risks, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your work will directly contribute to the success of large-scale construction projects in Lincolnshire.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in budget and resource management.
Desirable:
- Professional certification in construction management, such as MCIOB or PMP.
- Previous experience with infrastructure or commercial projects.
