Red Recruitment 24:7 are working with a successful construction-based company situated on the outskirts of Lincoln. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team to support during a busy period.
The assignment is expected to be for 1 month.
Pay - £13 per hour
Own Transport is required due to location
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 17.00 (40 hours per week)
Holidays: 25 days PLUS 8 Bank Holidays
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls and taking messages.
- Stock ordering and office management.
- Booking meetings, events, travel and hotels.
- Issuing quotes, reports and documentation.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Updating in house software.
Key skills needed:
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Team-orientated mindset and a drive to excel.
- Have a minimum of 2 years office experience.
