This is a remote/field based role, so comes with a car allowance on top of a generous salary - the ideal candidate will be Midlands or North based as the role involves a lot of travel around these areas, and to the head office in Lincoln.

Responsibilities:

Site Selection and Business Case Development: Conduct market research to pinpoint prime retail locations. Build data-driven business cases assessing footfall and local conditions.

Lease Negotiation and Property Management: Lead negotiations with landlords to secure favourable lease terms. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance.

Store Design and Fit Out: Partner with internal teams and contractors to create appealing store layouts. Oversee procurement of fixtures while managing fit-out projects efficiently.

Project Management and Store Launch Execution: Develop project time lines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Coordinate with marketing and operations for seamless launches.
