- Lead and develop the team at the dealership.
- Strategic approach for all operations of the business, including sales, growth, quality and profitability.
- Overall project success including profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver production strategies in line with business aspirations.
- Experience as Head of Business or General Manager or strong experience at a departmental level with the readiness to step up.
- Experienced in leading a team from the front and delivering results.
- Automotive financial acumen.
- Proactive & commercial awareness to be able to make the most of sales and business opportunities.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Have confident IT skills.
- Man-management and team building skills/experience.
