Interim HR Advisor opportunity available for 3 months initially working for a leading organisation based in Lincoln. This role is based at their Lincoln office 3 days per week on average and offers hybrid / home working 2 days per week.
The role
- In this role you will use your employee relations expertise to coach and support people managers on all aspects of employee relations.
- The role:
- Provide advice and case management across the organisation on disciplinary and grievance cases, capability, performance, long term absence and AWOL issues.
- Support upskilling of managers on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- To attend formal hearings if and where necessary, to provide advice as required and to support managers to finalise outcomes that are robust.
- Prepare investigation reports.
- To report on case volumes, case status and trends and update people business partners within their regions that are more complex or high risk in nature.
- Where ETs arise, support with the collation of bundles and defence against claims.
- Support people business partners with HRIS projects and implementation of new HR system.
Salary: circa £35,000
Permanent full-time 37.5 hours per week
