Simply Education is currently recruiting a Design Technology Teacher for a secondary school in the Lincoln area. This temporary role will begin after the February half term and will include planning and marking responsibilities.
About the Role:
- Teaching Design Technology to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cover practical skills and theoretical knowledge in design, engineering, and technology.
- Marking student work and providing feedback to ensure student progress and improvement.
- Supporting students in both practical workshop activities and theory-based learning.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary school level.
- A passion for Design Technology and the ability to inspire students to develop their skills and creativity.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to provide support for students of all abilities.
- Availability to start after the February half term.
