Position Overview:
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play an important role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. Responsibilities:
- Viewings: Conduct property viewings, effectively communicating the property's value and addressing any inquiries from potential buyers.
- Listing and Marketing: Assist in creating compelling property listings to showcase the unique features of each property. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiation: Utilise your negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and local competition to provide strategic insights and advice to clients.
