We are currently recruiting an After School Club Assistant who will work as part of the After School Club team, providing high quality play activities for children aged 4 to 11 in a welcoming, caring and safe environment.

You will have experience of working within a similar setting and be able to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment. Ideally, you will have a NVQ 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or play-work or other relevant qualification and have an understanding of childrenā€™s age and stage of development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.

This role is offered on a part time basis working Monday to Friday 3.30 - 5.30pm, term time only on a permanent contract with a competitive salary. We may consider working two or three afternoons to make up a job share for the role.
