Financial Trainer | Linlithgow | 40 hours per week | Up to £30,000

  • Paraplanning experience
  • Experience working within Financial Services
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Active listener
    • Strong work ethic
    • Previous Training experience would be an advantage

What will your role look like?

  • Designing and delivering internal training to new employees
  • Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials
  • Ensure training materials are produced and maintained in a professional and timely manner
  • Assessing staff and department performance to identify skill gaps
  • Conducting feedback surveys and researching new teaching methods
  • Diary management and general admin tasks
