Main Scope of the Role

  • Continuously evaluate supplier partners and implement improvement
  • Manage category development meetings
  • Provide insights and action plans for supplier management
  • Track category performance and enhance supplier relationships
  • Execute strategies maximising member value
  • Develop own branded propositions
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and IT

Measures of Success

  • Progress against KPIs
  • New supplier management
  • Proactive execution of structured supplier management meetings
  • Collaborating effectively with teams across the business
  • Positive feedback from members regarding category development

Personal Specification

  • Experience of purchasing, commercial, procurement, category management or supply chain roles
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices
  • Strong Analytical & Multitasking skills
