Main Scope of the Role
- Continuously evaluate supplier partners and implement improvement
- Manage category development meetings
- Provide insights and action plans for supplier management
- Track category performance and enhance supplier relationships
- Execute strategies maximising member value
- Develop own branded propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and IT
Measures of Success
- Progress against KPIs
- New supplier management
- Proactive execution of structured supplier management meetings
- Collaborating effectively with teams across the business
- Positive feedback from members regarding category development
Personal Specification
- Experience of purchasing, commercial, procurement, category management or supply chain roles
- Deep understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices
- Strong Analytical & Multitasking skills
