Resourcery Group are looking to support one of our key clients to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 3 months Fixed term contract, paying up to £30k - 35k, depending on experience. Based in Liverpool, you will be able to take full advantage of hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 at home.

Main accountabilities
- Posting bank payments and Intercompany transfers
- Managing the accounts inbox and Ticketing system which processes incoming requests and invoices.
- Uploading and posting of purchase invoices
- Chasing of PO approvals
- Payment of Parking Fines
- Payment run reports
- CIS Monthly Returns
- CIS Statements to be sent monthly
- Verifying Subcontractors through HMRC Portal
- Setting up Vendors on accounts system
- Dealing with incoming calls for the accounts team
- Reconciling Supplier Accounts
Essential requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Finance Role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Experience of accounting Systems, processing transactions and dealing with queries
- A resilient and confident self-starter
- Methodical and organised in their approach to work
- Good Excel Skills
