RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a leading and reputable client in the property industry who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their large and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

Brand new offices in Liverpool City Centre provide a great working environment

The successful candidate will be supported by the Finance Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Checking and prioritising purchase invoices for multi-companies before inputting
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes where relevant
  • Reconciling supplier statement balances to ledgers
  • Payment runs
  • Accurate input and maintenance of ledgers
  • Preparation of multiple bank reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses, company credit cards and petty cash, posting of entries into the accounting system.
  • Sales ledger processing, credit control
  • Assist the finance dept with any other duties as required.
