Meridian are working with an established M&E company in the Merseyside area looking to grow their Electrical team. With upcoming projects in Merseyside, Cheshire West and North-Wales therewill be lots of opportunityto work onregionalised M&E projects varying in value between c.100k - 2m+. This will help progress your overall management skills in a hands-on role, giving you a better understanding over the full MEP contracting process, and allowing you to become a valuable part of this company's Electrical department.

- Electrical Qualifications with up to date industry knowledge (BS 7671 Wiring Regulations, JIB, 2391 Inspection & Testing etc. all desirable)
- SMSTS/SSSTS preferred but not essential
- Relevant Electrical background, predominantly in commercial and industrial projects with experience in Cat-A and Cat-B fit outs
- Experience running, managing and overseeing Electrical projects
- Relevant experience in management, including working with clients, end-users, supply chains, subcontractors, and Site Supervisors and Managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communications
- Oversee and co-ordinate the Electrical fit out by assisting the planning, estimating and pre-contracting, fit out, and handover stages of contracts in line with accurate project timelines
- Working closely with on-site Electrical Engineers (including subcontractors) to ensure deadlines are being met, whilst resolving and/or anticipating any potential challenges, whilst providing your client(s) with efficient and cost-effective services
- Liaising with other Supervisors and Managers to ensure efficient communications across the channels
- Assist Surveyors, Estimators and Pre-Contractors to assist in makingaccurate financial forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Become the primary point of contact for clients to maintain and grow existing relationships, as well as actively working with other members of your team to help identify and develop further business opportunities
