My client is appointing a mechanicallybiased PM to join their busy M&E building services team based in The North West. They are growing as a company so this is an exciting time to join as there are promotions available and you will be accredited for your hard work. The contractor will pay a percentage of the project profits on the schemes you make money on as an incentive, you will have to provide evidence of this to qualify. This is up to you to negotiate at your interview. My client is a regional contractor who are privately owned so you will be in direct contact with the owners of the business, this gives you the opportunity to shine and showcase your skills. Valuation of projects will be from 50k to 2.5 million so there is a huge scope of works.
My client is looking for 10 years experience of mechanical installation and experience in mechanical project management. You should have a qualification in project management and/or a degree in building services.
