?? Role: Account Executive (B2B Sales - L&D & Training)

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team and help us bring our virtual and mixed reality training solutions to Learning & Development departments and industry Training Providers across the UK.

This is a full-time hybrid role with fantastic flexibility for remote working. You’ll play a key part in our growth—owning client relationships, spotting new opportunities, and bringing the magic of XR to the training world.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and managing a portfolio of B2B clients in the L&D and Training sectors

  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth

  • Pitching and promoting the power of XR training to industry decision-makers

  • Developing long-term relationships that position us as a trusted partner

  • Collaborating with our passionate internal teams to ensure client success

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within EdTech, L&D, or training

  • Strong communicator with a gift for building trust and influencing decisions

  • A proactive, curious, and consultative approach to problem-solving

  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment

  • Passion for technology, innovation, and education

  • Bonus points for experience or interest in virtual/mixed reality (XR) solutions
