About the Role:
My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee their fast-track fit-out projects. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in joinery and a proven track record in managing fast-track retail fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct site visits nationwide to monitor progress, enforce standards, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on all sites.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience at a Contracts Manager level within the fit-out sector.
- Must possess a joinery background, with hands-on experience in fast-track retail environments.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Based within commuting distance of our Liverpool office, as this role includes office-based responsibilities.
- Full UK driving license for nationwide travel.
