Clinical Training Manager

My market-leading client is on the search for a learning and development manager to join a fast-growing and successful learning team within an established organisation, This role has to do with delivering already training content.

An ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a current NMC PIN looking to transition into a learning and development (training) role

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the training schedule effectively
  • Provide outstanding training to our staff using our established materials.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to maintain consistent, high-quality training across all branches.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Work with various department leaders to enhance and develop learning programs.

Requirements
