Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a real difference in a child's learning journey? Do you have experience supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pupils? If so, we want to hear from you.

Randstad Education is partnering with two primary schools in Huyton to recruit caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants within the EYFS framework. This rewarding term-time role offers the opportunity to provide personalized support, with the potential for a permanent position within the school.

• Provide one-to-one support to EYFS pupils, fostering learning and development
• Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or developmental delays
• Support engaging lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Encourage social interaction and support positive behavior management
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Monitor and track student progress, communicating effectively with staff and parents
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a commitment to each child's individual needs
