Your Role and Responsibilities:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide essential support to ensure all students can fully participate in lessons.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, resource management, and classroom activities.
- Offer one-on-one or small-group assistance to students needing extra guidance.
- Foster a nurturing environment that builds student confidence and engagement.
- Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required.
We're seeking a positive and adaptable individual who:
- Has prior experience working with children in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, proactive, and capable of supporting diverse learning needs.
- Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Competitive Pay: £85-£90 per day, based on skills and experience.
- Referral Bonus: Earn up to £300 for successful referrals (terms apply).
