Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in L20 area of Sefton to work on a long-term basis starting in March !
This role is a temp to perm opportunity
This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Supporting in a small class with children KS1/KS2 with additional needs including ASD
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher and another experienced teaching assistant to create engaging lessons
Essential Qualifications:
- Must have recent and relevant experience in working with children or young adults with additional needs
- Must have a passion to work with children
- Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience within either Education, social care, community, nursery or similar sector
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
