Your Role:- Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Assist students with additional learning needs
- Experience in a school setting is essential (UK school experience preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Two references from the last five years, including one safeguarding reference
