We are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our client's team in a pivotal role that blends management accounts with finance business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, which involves analysis of data, preparation and posting of journals
  • Preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget journals and analyses.
  • Undertake financial analysis to support/drive the commercial objectives of the business.
  • Partner with various business units to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for financial optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor junior finance team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong Management Accounts prep experience
  • Proven experience working in a large, fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong background in management accounting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
