About the Role

Randstad Education is working with two primary schools in Huyton to recruit dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This term-time role provides an opportunity to offer personalized support, with the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to EYFS pupils, helping them achieve developmental milestones.
  • Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or developmental delays in a nurturing environment.
  • Support engaging EYFS curriculum-based lessons and activities.
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning space.
  • Promote positive behavior management and encourage social interaction.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, ensuring open communication about progress.
  • Show patience, empathy, and dedication to each child's individual needs.
