Calibre Search are working with a very strong Liverpool independent consultancy who are now looking to grow their in-house Clerk of Works department.

Due to winning more work from one of the biggest housing frameworks you can be on, they are anticipating a lot of extra workload within residential build so the requirements for an experienced Clerk of Works is now at hand.

You will be working alongside their small but growing team in Liverpool primarily focusing on their exciting and expanding residential workload across the region. This role will see you play a key role in enhancing quality standards across key revenue streams, including Building Regulations, Building Safety, and Fire Safety.

Ideally you will have previous residential construction experience and be an active member of the ICWCI (The Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate).
