EL/PL Team Leader
Due to internal promotions, this leading defendant insurance firm in Liverpool has an excellent opening for a Team Leader in its much-vaunted Casualty department.
You will be tasked with effectively and efficiently managing the EL/PL team, dealing with defendant EL/PL claims from inception to settlement. As the successful Team Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and mentoring the fee earning team and carrying out the full remit of managerial duties, including one2one reviews, auditing files, ensuring all targets/metrics are achieved, etc.
Ideally you'll have managed a team previously – all team leaders and ambitious fee earners are actively encouraged to apply! It is essential that you have an amount of experience in running EL/PL claims from start to finish as you'll be managing and training junior staff to do the same.
