Title: Post-Completion and Onboarding Assistant

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Salary: £23,000 per annum

We are seeking a Post Completion and Onboarding Assistant to provide administrative support services to the fee earners in the property department to enable them to operate at optimum efficiency, including but not limited to the main responsibilities given below. A high degree of self-management and initiative is expected.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering the Onboarding, Post-Completion, and Closure of Files
  • Managing administrative property related tasks, which may include registrations, requisitions, and making initial contact with third parties (e.g., estate agents and solicitors).
  • Updating and maintaining records on external portals such as LMS, Lender Exchange, HTB portal, and any other relevant portals, both current and future.
  • Responding to clients over the telephone in a professional and friendly manner, in alignment with the Practice’s standards for client care and service.
  • Providing support to other members of the Property Client Support Teams as needed.

Pay: £23,000

Hours of Work: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
