Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy for a school in the L20 area of Liverpool to work with a KS2 child who is a looked after child ( LAC ) who needs a great role model and support to increase their confidence in their learning and develop good relationships with other children and peers. This role is on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible!

Behaviour Buddy Role & Responsibilities:

? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

? Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

? Deliver catch-up sessions

? Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people

? Must have a passion for education

? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

? Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
