Day to day youll act as a point of contact for employees and look to provide resolutions to their concerns as well as conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions whilst supporting the line managers.

Collaborating with hiring managers to facilitate their recruitment and following up with robust onboarding and inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the company are a key part of the role, as is ongoing performance management and skills gap analysis to initiate training both internal and external.

In addition, you will look to continually improve employee engagement by contributing and leading initiatives and developing action plans based on feedback that can be measured via satisfaction and retention.

Youll also support the Payroll Manager by making sure all the files are up to date and logged to facilitate the weekly and monthly payment run.

Youll have plenty of support from Head office and the on-site senior management team, but to really thrive in this role youll have to bring knowledge and confidence in your own ability to make robust and fair decisions.

A driving licence is also critical to enable you to get to the North West HQ.
