This is a stand alone role, working closely with the board and SLT team and will involve all the day to day operational and strategic duties to support the HR function. - Employee Relations (ER): Provide advice and support to managers on performance management, absence management, and employee grievances. Lead and implement performance improvement plans as needed. - Policy & Procedure Management: Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices. - HR System Management: Set up and maintain the HR system, ensuring accurate employee data and reporting. - Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee new starter and leaver processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees. - Manager Coaching: Provide training and guidance to managers, particularly department heads, on HR best practices and compliance. - Performance Reviews: Enforce and improve the performance review process to drive accountability and employee development. - Contract Management: Review and update employment contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance. - Adhoc duties to support the wider organisation If you or anyone you know are interested in this role, please submit your CV for immediate consideration -
