Are you ready to embark on an exciting HR transformation journey? Our client, a global organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract. You will play a pivotal role in the Global HRSC Integration project, working collaboratively with HR Shared Services Centres (HRSCs), Centres of Expertise (COE), and external vendors. If you have a passion for process optimisation, stakeholder management, and delivering large-scale HR projects, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Delivery: Lead the successful centralization of HR services, policy harmonisation, and implementation of new technology across multiple countries. Work closely with the project lead and coordinator to ensure timely execution, keeping the project on track and within budget.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the project team, HR Service Centres (HRSCs), COEs, and HR business partnering teams to ensure alignment and clear roles in project delivery. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring buy-in throughout the project.

- Process Harmonisation & Optimisation: Drive the harmonisation of HR processes across participating countries, aligning with global standards. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement new AI HR technologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

- Process Documentation & Mapping: Map and document HR processes, identifying steps, dependencies, and areas for improvement. Ensure comprehensive documentation that supports the transition to centralised HR operations and integration with third-party vendors.

- Knowledge Article Development: Create Tier 0 knowledge articles for employee self-service portals, providing clear resources for navigating HR processes. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge articles for the HRSC to guide HR teams.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation or project delivery roles, with proven experience in delivering large-scale multi-country HR projects.
  • Experience in HR process documentation, mapping, and knowledge article creation.
  • Familiarity with HR technology implementations and policy harmonisation.

Skills:

  • Strong project delivery and process optimisation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Knowledge of global HR compliance, including GDPR and local labour law requirements.
