Description

The key responsibilities of a HR Advisorwill include, but may not be limited to;

  • Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.
  • Process monthly payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Offer guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Support the HR department in day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Monitor appraisals in line with company policy.
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues.
  • Support on the onboarding process of new starters and leavers.
  • Taking lead of project management within the business.

Profile

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HRMS.
  • A solid understanding of labour legislation.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong ethics and a positive attitude towards diversity.
  • Ability to commute to Liverpool.
  • Minimum of CIPD level 3.
