Ashley Kate HR & Finance are seeking to appoint an Interim HR Advisor, on behalf of our client based in the North West/Liverpool area.

This role is to cover absence in the team for approximately 3 months, potentially longer, until at least February. This role is remote with occasional travel. As our client are based in the North West they are seeking a candidate based in the north west for easy commute to their offices when needed. To be considered you will be immediately available to start!

Working within a supportive team environment, The HR Advisor will work closely with divisional management teams and staff acting as a first point of contact for people management advice and support.

Key responsibilities of the role:

路Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish.

路Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters.

路Support the HR Manager with change management projects when required

路Review and improve policies and procedures where necessary.

路Create and implement appropriate action appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues and recommend corrective measures as and when needed.

To be considered you will have:

路Proven experience working as a HR Advisor with a generalist remit.

路CIPD qualified or working towards

路Strong experience handling ER casework from start to finish.

路Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

路IT literate with experience using HR Systems.
