Candidates should have knowledge of Azure/M365 and aim to become a subject matter expert on selected systems.
The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £29,000, depending on skills and experience.
This is an office-based role located in modern city centre offices.

Leading Liverpool law firm seeks a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their team.

Responsbilityies include:

Setting up new starters correctly
Setup/imaging of new PC’s
Network troubleshooting & resolving print issues
Managing IT support tickets from our service desk system (ManageEngine)
Have a knowledge of Azure/M365
Work on project tasks for new IT systems being delivery into the business and work towards becoming a subject matter expert on any chosen systems.

Salary depends on skills and experience, a guide of £26-29k was given. This role will be office based, in modern city centre offices.
