ABOUT THE FIRMOur client is seeking a dedicated Litigation - Clinical Negligence professional to join their esteemed team. This role offers a chance to work with a small, dynamic team that represents clients in resolving medical disputes against healthcare providers, including GPs, NHS Trusts, private hospitals, dentists, pharmacists, and care homes.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Litigation, Clinical Negligence specialist, you will liaise with healthcare professionals, communicate directly with clients and defendants, and work closely with medical agencies. You will also be responsible for sorting medical records, preparing bundles, and running smaller cases from start to finish under supervision.
