Description

The Senior Employment Paralegal will be:

  • Managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal matters from ACAS/EC stage to completion.
  • Drafting risk assessments, witness statements, and compiling disclosure.
  • Preparing for final hearings and providing legal support throughout the process.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, offering updates and legal advice.
  • Assisting the wider team with case preparation and client strategy.

Profile

The Senior Employment Paralegal should be:

  • A Paralegal with at least 2-3 years of experience in employment law.
  • Experienced in handling Employment Tribunal caseloads.
  • Capable of drafting key documents such as risk assessments, witness statements, and disclosure.
  • Comfortable with regular client communication and case management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
