My client has an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Truck Sales Administrator to join their team at their Liverpool site.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: Starting from 22,000.00 [per annum] dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the dealership's sales department records and systems are maintained accurately and comprehensively.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the dealership's systems and those of the manufacturer or distributor.
  • Process all transactions and maintain records with precision and clarity.
  • Regularly update and verify vehicle and customer records to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide a consistently professional and welcoming reception for all visitors.
  • Promptly address customer needs while they await assistance from a Sales Executive or Manager.
  • Accurately record and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
  • Ensure all outgoing sales correspondence is dispatched promptly.
  • Handle telephone enquiries efficiently, considering peak periods and any ongoing meetings
  • Uphold and enhance the reputation of the dealership in every interaction

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Possess clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate experience in handling administrative processes and paperwork.
  • Possess a working knowledge of manufacturer systems and dealership documentation requirements, with prior experience in systems such as Kerridge or VSB being essential.
  • Exhibit a calm, organised approach to problem-solving in a high-pressure sales environment with a varied workload.
  • Be numerate and literate to a level suitable for the responsibilities of the role.
  • Present a friendly yet professional approach to visitors and colleagues.
