Randstad Education is working with a supportive primary school in Southport to recruit a compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will support a Year 3 pupil with global developmental delay, following a personalized timetable that includes sensory breaks to enhance their learning and well-being. This term-time position offers the potential for a permanent role within the school.

• Provide one-on-one support to meet the child's unique needs and encourage their development.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons.
• Use patience and empathy to foster positive behavior and address challenges.
• Build a trusting relationship with the student, offering both academic and emotional support.
• Monitor progress and share updates with teachers and parents to ensure consistent care.
• Implement learning strategies, including sensory breaks, to create a positive learning experience.
