Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality construction projects, with a particular focus on high-rise residential developments. As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, execution, and successful completion of key construction projects. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and key metrics to senior management.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with a focus on high-rise residential developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive project success.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant construction management or engineering qualification preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool/Manchester.
