£55,000 to £65,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our client based in Liverpool. This is a high level role with potential to progress to Associate Director level.

What will the Senior Mechanical Project Manager be doing?
- Lead and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to define project requirements
- Oversee the delivery of project plans, timelines and budgets
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including junior engineers and site managers
What we are looking for in the Senior Mechanical Project Manager?
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in mechanical project management within the building services sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial management of projects, including cost control and risk management.
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) is desirable.
