Holistic Care Services are expanding and looking to recruit a full time experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Team leader.

Care Supervisor - Starting salary £24,960 per annum

Holistic Care Services are Home care provider, Live-in care and supported Living provider based in Liverpool. We providepersoncenteredsupport to clients in their own homes. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO THEIR OWN VEHICLE

Completing new Clients assessments

Clients reviews/care plans/risk assessments

Mentoring new care professionals

Providing care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures

On Call Duties - On a rota basis shared with other office members

Deliver high quality care to our customers

Job Description:

Must have flexible availability to work out in the field, along with office days depending on the needs of the service.

To work in line with the company's mission, vision and values

To work with and alongside our other Team Leaders

To develop an effective working relationship with our Registered Manager, Care Coordinator and field care supervisors

To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake such training and development.

Required

To maintain practices as up to date

Be proactive in becoming a Dementia Friend and promoting this amongst others

Monitor care workers and evaluate their performance

Evaluate standards of care competence across the workforce highlighting areas that require development

What we require:

12 months care experience is required

You must be compassionate, caring and highly reliable

Have the abilityto be a Leader, be professional at all times and dedicated team member

Can communicate well with clients and their families as well as other Health care professionals

Is computer literate (training will be provided)

Is hardworking and flexible

Must have availability every other weekend

Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car
