Receptionist

DBS Required - Enhanced

Part time - 30 Hours

Location - Liverpool

We are seeking a dedicated individual for an important role where you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensure a professional and friendly atmosphere, managing sign-ins, and addressing inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Handle venue booking and hire requests, maintaining membership accounts and the booking management system accurately.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, stock control, and assisting with financial procedures like cash handling. Additionally, you will support the management team with ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential to provide outstanding service and handle inquiries from a diverse range of clients, both in person, over the phone, and digitally.
  • Administrative Skills: Familiarity with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and using booking systems. Experience in basic financial duties such as cash handling is also important.
