What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be a key business influencer – providing financial insight that drives operational and commercial decision-making
- Ensure financial excellence – develop and improve strong financial controls, risk management, and compliance processes
- Take ownership of performance reporting – deliver insightful monthly management reports and financial analysis to senior leadership
- Lead and develop the finance team – manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring growth and continuous improvement
- Shape the future – oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, supporting strategic business discussions
- Drive efficiency and innovation – streamline processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance financial operations
What We’re Looking For:
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA Qualified
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to provide commercial and operational decision support
- Advanced IT and Excel skills
- Experience in leading and developing finance teams
